Rashi brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting and program management across leading Big 4 firms—including Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC—as well as major biotech organizations such as Genentech. Mission-driven at her core, she is committed to advancing inclusion, empowerment, and meaningful value creation, particularly for communities that are often overlooked or marginalized.

Her leadership spans both the private and nonprofit sectors. She has directed programs at a mission-driven nonprofit supporting reentry services and comprehensive care management. Known for challenging the status quo, Rashi consistently unlocks new value streams and has led enterprise-wide transformation through process redesign, workflow digitization, governance and policy development, and cost-reduction initiatives.

With an MBA, a foundation in computer engineering, and extensive consulting expertise, she brings exceptional business acumen and analytical rigor. She has developed business plans, multi-year strategic roadmaps, financial models, and strategic partnerships for government and private-sector organizations. She is a talented facilitator. In the biotech sector, she has delivered large-scale programs generating more than $15M in impact by translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution.

Passionate about data-informed decision-making, Rashi builds enterprise dashboards, automated reporting systems, and robust data-management processes that enable insights, surface risks, and strengthen organizational performance.
