Jarred Vermillion
Jarred Vermillion is a highly respected individual in child and family services, known as an Impacted Peer Leader, Wraparound Expert Consultant (WEC) and a California Wraparound Champion. He is the founder of is the President and Founder of Vermillion Life Circle Consulting (VLCC)Heroes Initiative, and has dedicated over a decade to working with families and communities. Jarred received his bachelor's in Psychology from SDSU and utilizes his education and personal experiences, including surviving trauma, to empower families.
He has worked as a specialist and instructor at the Resource Center for Family Focused Practice at UC Davis since 2010. He is also actively involved in developing a Wraparound-informed diversion program for youth called VIBE (Victory in Behavior Education). His dedication has been recognized with awards from various agencies, including the California Department of Social Services.
Furthermore, Jarred Vermillion is a faculty master trainer with the National Center for Innovation & Excellence, where he contributes to training, coaching, consulting and certifying Wraparound practices globally. He also serves as a Wraparound Fidelity and Training Manager at the National Center for Innovation & Excellence and is a member of the California Wraparound Steering Committee. He delivered a TEDx talk in 2018 titled "Have you Found Your Superhero Power?" and is recognized for his innovative approach to engaging youth and families through pop culture.
